Currently hiring for the following positions:

Laborer

Employment type: full-time
Full-time permanent positions available immediately for EXPERIENCED underground laborers with clean driving records (preferably Class A or B driver's license). Our company is growing, and we are seeking honest, good-natured, career-minded individuals who want to work year-round. The project locations vary from all over the bay area, to Salinas, and the work schedule often exceeds 40 hours a week.

Desirable skills:
Ability to perform general laborer tasks associated with concrete and asphalt restoration;
Jackhammers, Shoveling, Raking, etc.
Equipment operating; Skid steer and mini excavator, dump trucks & trailer experience.
Small hand held tools; reciprocating saw, rotary hammers for cutting and excavating.
Utility Locating/ Potholing Trenching, Excavating and Conduit installation.

Directional Bore Operator/Locator

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Safely operate the horizontal directional drill includes operation of the drill and use of locating systems with minimal disruption to existing infrastructure.
• Follow all policies and procedures in accordance with city, state, federal, client, and companies’ requirements.
• Understanding of directional boring principals, mixing systems, and mud use of vac truck and trailer rigs.
• Able to develop and maintain a bore schedule as needed.
• May be required to work overtime; after hours; weekends; and emergencies as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Driver with Clean Record
• Minimum 2 Years Directional Drilling Experience
• Construction Experience or Underground Utility Experience
• Familiar with Vermeer HDD equipment
